Job Title: Sales Executive (Domestic Process - PhonePe)

Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, upselling products or services, and conducting inside sales activities related to PhonePe. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and a minimum of one year of sales experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to PhonePe.
• Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote and sell additional PhonePe products or services to existing customers.
• Inside Sales: Conduct sales activities via phone or other communication channels to acquire new customers or expand existing accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English with no grammatical or pronunciation errors.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to upsell and conduct inside sales.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide effective customer support.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: 20,000 to 24,000 INR CTC per month.
• Transportation: Both way cabs provided.

Work Schedule:

• 6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
• Rotational shifts.
