Job Title: Customer Success Associate (Blu Smart)

Job Summary: The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing support related to the Blu Smart project. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customer Queries: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Provide Support: Offer assistance and solutions to customers regarding Blu Smart services.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Adhere to Process Guidelines: Follow established procedures and protocols for customer support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn and use customer support software and tools.
  • Availability: Willingness to work 6 days a week with rotational shifts and a rotational week off.
  • Gender: Male candidates only.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: 24,000 to 26,000 INR CTC per month. [Additional benefits are not mentioned in the image.]
