Position: Customer Support Associate (Blended Process - Voice & Chat)

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Process: Project One - US Banking

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs

Transport: No Cab Facility

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

Compensation:

• CTC: upto ₹50,000
• In-hand Salary: upto ₹43,400

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer queries via voice and chat support efficiently
• Providing banking-related assistance and issue resolution
• Ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards
