Join iEnergizer in Noida as a Customer Support Associate for our US Telecom "Go Magenta" process! In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service through a blended approach, handling 70% of inquiries via chat and 30% via voice. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving their issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle customer queries through chat and voice support.
- Provide real-time resolutions to customer issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.
Work Schedule:
- 5 days a week
- Rotational shifts
- Rotational offs
- Note: No cab facility provided.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international chat/email or blended process is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation:
- For candidates with more than 1 year of experience:
- CTC: Up to ₹45,000
- In-hand Salary: Up to ₹38,400
- For candidates with Freshers, 6 months to 1 year of experience:
- CTC: Up to ₹40,000
- In-hand Salary: Up to ₹33,400
