Job Description:

Join iEnergizer in Noida as a Customer Support Associate for our US Telecom "Go Magenta" process! In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service through a blended approach, handling 70% of inquiries via chat and 30% via voice. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving their issues and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer queries through chat and voice support.
• Provide real-time resolutions to customer issues.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.

Work Schedule:

• 5 days a week
• Rotational shifts
• Rotational offs
• Note: No cab facility provided.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international chat/email or blended process is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

• For candidates with more than 1 year of experience:
  • CTC: Up to ₹45,000
  • In-hand Salary: Up to ₹38,400
• For candidates with Freshers, 6 months to 1 year of experience:
  • CTC: Up to ₹40,000
  • In-hand Salary: Up to ₹33,400
