Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Success Associates to join our regional language support team in Gurugram. In this role, you will provide assistance and resolve queries from customers in their native regional languages. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills in one or more of the specified regional languages, along with a basic understanding of English.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat in the assigned regional language(s).
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and helpful information.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in one or more of the following languages: Gujarati, Marathi, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, or Tamil.
• Basic understanding of English.
• Graduates or undergraduates from any field are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on the regional language proficiency:
  • Gujarati: 20,000 INR CTC
  • Marathi: 18,000 INR CTC
  • Malayalam: 20,000 INR CTC
  • Telugu: 22,000 INR CTC
  • Kannada: 24,000 INR CTC
  • Tamil: 24,000 INR CTC
• Day shifts for female candidates.
• Rotational shifts for male candidates.
• One rotational week off.
• 6 working days per week.
