Job Summary:

Reach Mobile is seeking experienced Customer Success Associates to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls related to mobile and motor insurance, providing sales advisory support, and effectively managing customer objections. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills in English and a strong customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding mobile and motor insurance products.
• Provide sales advisory support and guide customers through the insurance process.
• Effectively handle customer objections and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduation (Mandatory).
• Experience in Customer Support (Voice Process) – B2B, Sales, or Motor Insurance is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable working in a sales advisory role.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: Up to 28,000 INR to 40,000 INR CTC (Based on last drawn salary and experience).
