Job Role: Customer Service / Inbound Calling Process
Shift Timings:
- Rotational shifts for male candidates
- Women – No shift beyond 8:30 PM, only day shifts
Work Days: 5 days a week
Week Off: 2 rotational days a week (No fixed Saturday/Sunday off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries, ensuring they receive high-quality service and support.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
- Meet performance targets related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation (Full-time) in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers confidently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer issues simultaneously.
- Problem-solving attitude and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (for male candidates), and day shifts for women.
