Job Summary:

As a Work From Home Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students and their parents through the Physics Wallah admission process. You will be responsible for providing accurate information about our courses, addressing inquiries, and converting leads into successful enrollments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Management:
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential students based on their academic needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Counseling and Sales:
  • Provide detailed information about Physics Wallah courses, admission procedures, and fee structures.
  • Address student and parent queries effectively and professionally.
  • Conduct tele-counseling sessions to guide prospective students and their families.
  • Convert leads into successful enrollments by highlighting the benefits of Physics Wallah programs.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth admission process.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Provide feedback to the team leader on market trends and customer insights.
• Shift and Availability:
  • Adhere to an 8-hour login time.
  • Be available for weekly rotating shifts, including potential weekend work.
  • Maintain a stable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home environment.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
• Reliable internet connection, and a quiet work space.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
